Advertising, Purchase and Refund Policy

Advertising slots are reserved for a selected Minecraft server already listed on MCStat. A reservation becomes eligible for delivery only after successful payment capture, slot availability, and basic policy checks. Sponsored placements may appear on the home page, server listing pages, inline server rows, fixed side rails, or the Minecraft chest placement depending on the purchased slot. MCStat may adjust the exact visual presentation of a slot to keep the site usable, responsive, and clearly labeled as sponsored.

Prices are shown before checkout and are calculated weekly. Users may select multiple weeks, and the total is calculated from the selected weekly price multiplied by the selected duration. PayPal is the active payment provider. Future payment providers, such as Tebex, may be added without changing the purchased campaign term. A campaign is not active until payment is successfully captured and recorded by MCStat.

Refunds are not issued for preference changes, reduced interest, low click volume, advertiser-side server downtime, incorrect server selection, incorrect campaign choices, or campaigns that were delivered as purchased. Refunds may be reviewed only for duplicated charges, payment capture errors, MCStat-side delivery failures that materially prevent delivery, or cases required by law. Approved refunds may be partial when a campaign has already received delivery.

MCStat may reject, pause, or remove advertising for misleading information, harmful content, malware, illegal services, impersonation, vote manipulation, harassment, adult content targeting minors, or any server that violates MCStat rules or applicable platform policies. Sponsored labels and advertising disclosures must remain visible. Advertisers are responsible for keeping their server listing accurate and lawful.

MCStat records operational analytics such as campaign ID, slot key, placement, event type, page path, timestamp, browser user agent, and hashed IP signals for impressions and clicks. These records help show campaign performance, investigate disputes, reduce fraud, and defend against abusive claims. Analytics may be filtered, delayed, deduplicated, or corrected to reduce spam and automated traffic.

MCStat may pause or end campaigns that create security, legal, abuse, or user-experience risk. If a campaign is paused for advertiser-side violations, unused time is not automatically refundable. We may update this policy as advertising features, payment providers, or legal requirements change. The version shown on this page controls future purchases after its publication date.
